Ronnie was super knowledgeable!I had worked on this a total of four hours inspecting and correcting everything that did not appear proper. He identified my problem in :10 seconds and completed the repair within an hour. He also checked my motor settings and adjusted appropriately. I would consider him to be a subject matter expert.My service call is good for 30 days and parts are guaranteed for one year. I am extremely satisfied; and feel my property is ready for an additional eight years in working order.Elite is 'elite' indeed!
